Study Details
We are conducting a research study to explore how the Supporting Our Caregivers In ADRD Learning (SOCIAL) study might be an effective tool for supporting the well-being of caregivers for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD).
Who can participate?
-
You are living with and have provided care for someone with
dementia for more than 6 months. -
You are over 18 years old.

You speak English and live in the United States.
-
Provide an average 4 hours of supervision/care per day.

Have managed your loved one with dementia’s behavioral symptoms in past month.
-
Not currently enrolled in a clinical trial for caregivers.
-
Have not completed a meditative practice of more than 60 min/week in the past 3 months.
