SOCIAL is a 6-week program developed by researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital's Center for Aging and Serious Illness (CASI)  and Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR). This study aims to help caregivers of individuals with dementia navigate daily challenges and decrease stress. Caring for a person with dementia is hard but SOCIAL can help!
